MEET THE TEAM
Randy has over 25 years of marketing and consulting experience in the Healthcare Industry, having held senior positions with American Hospital Supply, International Medication Systems, Hewitt Associates (Healthcare Practice) and Mercer HR (Healthcare Practice). He earned a Bachelor's degree from California State University, Fullerton and a Master of Business Administration degree from National University, Irvine, California. He is also a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), trained in over 25 areas of expertise relating to Seniors, through the Society of Certified Senior Advisors in Denver, Colorado.
Tonya attended the University of North Texas and Ashford University where she earned a Bachelors degree in Journalism and Mass Communication and a minor in Marketing. Destined to be a news anchor, the desire to relocate from state to state became tiresome. In 2007, she joined an Oil Gas firm, where she worked under the VP of Marketing as Marketing Coordinator for a little over a year. Yet she was determined to put her journalistic skills to work, and that she did more in 2008, when she decided to begin a new career within the Healthcare industry. Tonya joined AHPC in 2008, as an Office manager/Scheduler, and inside Marketing assistant.
In 2010, she became the Administrator/Marketing Director for the Dallas Texas location, and in 2014 she became Partner. She manages the Texas locations, and oversees the daily operations, all while ensuring that all clients and employees are compliant. In addition to overseeing the affairs and activities of the business, she maintains close relationships with not only our caregivers, but our clients and community partners as well. She enjoys making personal visits to each one on a regularly basis, and promotes independence and peace throughout all of our clients.
DIRECTOR OR OPERATIONS, ALT ADMINISTRATOR
Krystal provides leadership and manages the day-to-day operations for our Dallas, Texas location. She has over 11 years of managerial experience within the Health Care Industry, and has a background of working with numerous Assisted Living Facilities, Home Health Care agencies, and Private Duty agencies. Over the last 8 years, Krystal has personally attended and assisted her bedridden grandmother and has become her personal advocate while making sure that she receives the best aging care. In 2012, Krystal joined AHPC as a Scheduler, and transitioned into the role of the Director of Operations in 2013.In 2015, Krystal became the Alternate Administrator for the Texas location. In addition to treating every client as if they were her own family, she promotes dignity, independence, self-determination, along with privacy when it comes to serving our clients.
Kim was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas in 2004. Not having an idea of the career path she wanted to take, she explored different careers within sales, customer service call centers, as a substitute teacher, and eventually geriatrics health care. She eventually realized that her passion was in the healthcare field, a career that only God could have chosen for her. She loves providing caregiving support for the elderly. In June 2012, she became employed with AHPC as a caregiver, and with her hard work determination, and dedication she advanced into an office role, and now holds the position of being the Lead Scheduling Coordinator. Kim provides caregiver supervision and support, and ensures that all clients’ schedules are staffed.
